The Kreissparkasse Biberach is sponsoring the prize money for the festival’s main awards in the following categories:
- Best AI Film – Drama, Comedy, Arthouse
- Best AI Genre Film – Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Horror
- Best AI Animation – Animation, Anime, Stop Motion, and other animation techniques
These awards carry a combined prize fund of €2,000.

- Best AI Documentary
This award is endowed with €1,000.
Boehringer Ingelheim sponsors the award for:
- Best AI-Supported Diversity Film (no restrictions regarding the proportion of AI used)
This award carries a prize of €1,000.

- Best AI Rookie
This award is endowed with €500.
